  The resin surface is safe for serving cheese, fruit, crackers, charcuterie, and other ready-to-eat foods. To preserve the beauty of the artwork, we recommend using the wooden section for cutting and food preparation.

Shipping

We dispatch from Clarinda, Victoria, Australia. In-stock, non-personalised orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalised or engraved items may take longer; the applicable processing time is stated on the product page or agreed before purchase.

Standard delivery generally takes 3–10 business days after dispatch for most Australian destinations. Regional, remote and island locations may take longer.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. If you request a delivery change after ordering, we will explain any additional cost and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

Returns

You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Personalised or custom-made products, sale items and gift cards are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

We provide a free prepaid return label for eligible returns within Australia. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

These conditions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.
