Shipping policy

We dispatch the product within 24 business hours of your order without fail. The transit time depends on your location however it is approximately 3 to 10 business days in most parts of the country.

Delivery fees
Delivery fees and times vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, the number and type of products in the cart, where the products are shipping from, and its destination.

The delivery price for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and order confirmation and included in the total price of your order. Changes made by you to the delivery address or delivery time after placing an order may incur additional charges.

Delivery estimates calculated at checkout are based on delivery to the front door of a ground floor. If delivery of an order will result in unacceptably high freight charges to us, we reserve the right to contact you after your order is placed to request further delivery fees or to cancel your order prior to dispatch, and you may choose either option.

If we cancel your order in these circumstances, we will issue a full refund to you.

Do we ship to every part of the country?
We ship to islands or remote parts of the country, but there are some areas where we are able to deliver. We reserve the right to decline the deliver in few parts of the country. But we will provide you full refund in that case.

How do I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address until the order dispatched. Please send your updated shipping address and order id on our email info@2ag.com.au.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, we send you a notification email with tracking details and link to track your order. You can track your shipment status anytime.

Will my items come in one package?
It depends. We package the product based on its size and weight. So at times it can come packaged in different packages.
